This site describes the term "videoconferencing". I like it because it provides information about the history, the importance and the impact of videoconferencing in different fields.
http://www.answers.com/topic/widget
Provides definitions of "widget" from several dictionaries.
The first definition describes a widget as a gadget, a small, mechanical device to sell or to illustrate a product.

Unit 3: External Links
This links belongs to a blog:
http://nikpeachey.blogspot.com/2008/05/using-wikis-with-efl-students.html
I liked it because it provides information about how to use a wiki. It also gives ideas and examples of activities for teachers to work with their students. All this information is provided in a clear and simple language, without any complicated jargon. The author also makes suggestions about visiting other links in order to have a better understanding of how wikis work.
The next link I chose is:
http://www.webquest.org/index.php
This is a website that as its name says, is dedicated to webquests. I think it is a pretty complete website; here you can find information about what a webquest is and it also has a database to help you finding webquests. Another important feature is the section of "creating webquests" where instructions and suggestions to create a webquest are provided.
